⑹ Qualification for participation : Suppliers eligible for participation are those who shall :
① not come under Article 3 of the Public Announcement on the Qualifications for participating in the Tendering Procedures by JOGMEC.
② have Grade A, B, C or D on "offer of services etc" in the Kanto・Koushinetsu district. These qualifications are specified in tender by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (single qualification for every ministry and agency), in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
