Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
B have Grade A or B or C "offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification forparticipating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency. or in tenders by National Livestock Breeding Center in the fiscal year 2022, 2023, and 2024.
C have relevant knowledge and business personnel etc necessary for the executionof the work.As for the qualifications and confirmation time limit for confirming the matters, as stated in the paper for the tender.
