B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2023 in the Tokai・Hokuriku area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by The National University Corporation Tokai National Higher Education and Research System,
C meet the qualification requirements which Chancellor, National University Corporation, Tokai National Higher Education and Research System may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Chancellor, National University Corporation, Tokai National Higher Education and Research System.
