| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SATO Hisakazu Deputy Assistant Regional Commissioner (Planning and Administration), Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 88 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Enclosure of the yearend adjustment 2023 (Group 1~9) 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : 6 November 2023. ⑸ Fulfillment place : Refer to the tender explanation. ⑹ Qualifications for Participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ; ①not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ②not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; ③have Grade "A, B, C or D in offer of services etc." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organization in Kanto・Koushinetsu area related to Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024 ; ④have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency (including person specially qualified by officials in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity). ⑤Regarding a contract with Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity, an eligible person means to fulfill the contract properly such as realizing that his business condition or credit is not so bad. ⑥Other : Refer to the tender explanation. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 11 : 30 a.m. 3 August. in case of by mail ; 1 : 30 p.m. 3 August 2023 in case of by hand. ⑻ Other : For details concerning this tender, refer to the tender explanation. ⑼ Contract point for the notice : HONDA Satoshi Densankanri Section, Accounts Division, Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau, 5-3-1 Tsukiji Chuo-ku Tokyo 104-8449 Japan.
