| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the product to be purchased : A set of the health and medical data platform ⑶ Type of procurement : Comprehensive evaluation bidding system ⑷ Delivery period : To be developed between April 2024 and March 2025 ⑸ Installation location : National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center (hereinafter referred to as "NCVC") ⑹ The proposed health and medical data platform (hereinafter referred to as "DPF") must be able to : ① For NCVC ・Collect health and medical data of Suita and Settsu city citizens and research data from NCVC and local government, integrate data linked to individuals and accumulate them ・Provide data in the DPF to third parties permitted by NCVC ・Obtain citizens' personal consent for the use and provision of data ・Issue a user ID to access the DPF to citizens and maintain the ID ・Maintain robust confidentiality for handling health and medical data, which is sensitive personal information ② For Suita and Settsu city citizens ・Confirm their own health and medical data via personal computers, smartphones, etc., and consent to or withdraw consent for the use and provision of data ③ For service providers ・Use data in the DPF for public health, research and development, and other purposes ・Confirm information such as what data and how much data has been accumulated when using data ・Inform health and medical services for citizens through a portal site ・Collect service fees from citizens for providing health and medical services through the DPF ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of the requested material : 5 : 00 P.M. 7, July 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Sawada Kotone, Finance and Accounting Division, National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center, 6-1 Kishibeshinmachi Suita-shi, Osaka-fu, 564-8565 Japan.
