| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 27 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Total Hospital Information System 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Rent ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A This system shall support all clinical services in Tohoku University Hospital with computerization of clinical information such as browsing information of medical records, dental records, progress notes, orders, performance information, inspections and treatments that occur in the hospital. B This system shall contain the following subsystems. a Medical and dental recording System for describing and browsing clinical records as well as for managing documents. b Nursing record systems including recording, browsing and managing documents about nursing practice. c Clinical laboratory System for recording, browsing and managing results and documents of laboratory tests and results. d Pharmaceutical System for recording, browsing and managing pharmaceutical practice. e Radiological information system for recording, browsing and managing radiology practice. f Pathological information System for recording, browsing and managing pathology practice. g Ordering, browsing and management systems for operation rooms, intensive care units, emergency rooms, and neonatal intensive care unit. h Ordering, browsing and management systems for blood transfusion and other orders. i Rehabilitation information System for recording, browsing and managing rehabilitation practice. j Interface system having smooth cooperation with other ICT infrastructures such as regional medical and welfare networks, and hospital information system. k Logistics order system. l Audit system for browsing records. m Clinical research supporting system, clinical trial supporting system, and Translational Research Supporting system. n Supporting system for performing, describing, browsing and document management of Dental hygienist services. o Dental Laboratory System for browsing and document management of dental technique orders and dental prosthetic information. p Calculation and billing of medical fees, and accounting processes such as payment management. C Data from various order-systems shall be reflected to the medical accounting system and medical affair system. D This system shall include a data warehouse having large capacity, based on clinical information and medical accounting data including departmental systems ; it shall also have functions to create various statistical data for hospital management analysis. E All data and functions equipped in the existing system shall be transferred to the new system without any loss and disturbing daily operations. F This system shall ensure execution of all the services having in this system including describing and browsing without any delay. G This system shall have security functions, such as user authentication and data protection. In addition, terminals shall use two-factor authentication technology. H All the medical equipment, such as modality, examination equipment, PACS used in the existing system shall be connected smoothly to the new system without disturbing daily operations. I This system shall be constructed with a gigabit network system or more. J This system shall adopt network protocol and data format complying with international standards which allows for smooth exchange of information. K This system shall be 24 hours automatic operation. The system must also have sufficient measures against failures. L This system shall output medical information with the form of the standardized storage Format compliant with the international standards.
