| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31 ⑵ One-stop analysis/assay systems for structures and properties from micro to macro worlds ⑶ Type of the procurement : Buy ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A This system is able to obtain accurate images at nanoscale resolution. Furthermore, elemental analysis function is required. B Thermal analyses should be possible. C This system is able to measure precise amounts of elements constituting organic matter. D This system is able to measure absorbance of liquid samples and absorption/reflection of solid samples, such as glasses, films, and so on. E This system is able to analyze molecular structure of a substance and obtain 2D and 3D images by detection of raman scattered light. F This system is able to analyze molecular structure of a substance at an atomic level based on the principle called nuclear magnetic resonance. Furthermore, reduction of liquid helium consumption is required. G A cylindrical container which contains strong electromagnetic coils immersed in liquid helium.
