⒜ Not come under Article 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for the National Institutes for Cultural Heritage
⒝ Have the Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal 2022, 2023, 2024 in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area in offer of services, for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, which is Single qualification for every ministry and agency.
⒞ Submit a document of a software and maintenance to prove their ability to supply the software concerned and meet our requirements in order to be judged acceptable by the contracting entity ; and provide explanations on the contents of the above document by request
