| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KIMOTO Masahide, President, National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES) ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 3, 4 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Purchase of chemical reagents for research use. ⑷ Fulfillment period : from Contract Day, through 29, March, 2024 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Institute for Environmental Studies (16-2 Onogawa, Tsukuba-shi, Ibaraki, Japan) ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① are classified as Grade A, B, C or D in terms of the qualification in the categories of "Sale of product" for participating in tenders by Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ; ② not come under Article 5 of Detailed Rules concerning the Contract for NIES.
