| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Motohiro Yamashita, Director, National Hospital Organization Shikoku Cancer Center ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : FUEL Oil (JIS Class 1, No.2) 1st contract : 380㎘ 2nd contract : 380㎘ ⑷ Delivery period : 1st contract : From April 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023 2nd contract : From October 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 ⑸ Delivery place : National Hospital Orga-nization Shikoku Cancer Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Shikoku Region ; ④ prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Oil Industry Law, to initiate business of selling petroleum products ; ⑤ prove that they can deliver the fuel oil, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 1st contract : From 17 : 00 March 1, 2023 to 17 : 00 March 22, 2023 2nd contract : From September 1, 2023 to 17 : 00 September 15, 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Hiromu Seike, Director, Accounting Division, National Hospital Organization Shikoku Cancer Center, 160 Ko Minamiumemoto-machi Matsuyama-shi, Ehime-ken 791-0280, Japan.TEL 089-999-1111 ext. 7589 |
