⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ⒜not come under Article 16 and 17 of the account prescription concerned by the Japan Arts Council, ⒝have the Grade A or B qualification from fiscal 2022 to fiscal 2024 in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by the Japan Arts Council, ⒞obtain registration of the electricity retail business in accordance with Article 2-2, of the Electricity Business Act, ⒟fulfill the requirements in the tender manual stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
