⑹ Qualifications for Participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
③ have Grade "A, B or C in the Selling." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Tohoku area related to the Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 about the group 1, group 4 and group 6.
④ have Grade "C or D in the Selling." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Tohoku area related to the Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 about the group 3.
⑤ have Grade "B, C or D in the Selling." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Tohoku area related to the Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 about the group 2 and group 5.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM, 24 February 2023 in case of by mail ; 1 : 30 PM, 27 February 2023 in case of by hand.
