| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of the disbursement of the procuring entity : TAKASHIMA Hisashi, Director of the Accounts Division, General Affairs Department, House of Councillors. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : ① Floor cleaning of Detached Office building, 1 set. ② Floor cleaning of the Second Detached Office building, 1 set. ③ Floor cleaning of the Koujimachi Members Apartment and the Shimizudani Members Apartment, 1 set. ⑷ Services period : From April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024. ⑸ Services place : as designated in the tender document. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender shall be those who : ① do not come under Articles 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② do not come under Articles 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have Grade A, B or C on "provision of service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the House of Councillors (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ Do not be a person receiving a nomination stop from the House of Councillors. ⑤ Do not be a person receiving a nomination stop from the Government Agencies. ⑥ meet the qualification requirement which the obligate officer may specify in accordance with the Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : ①14 : 00, 6 February, 2023 ②14 : 30, 6 February, 2023③15 : 00, 6 February, 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : UKAI Takamichi, Contract Section, Accounts Division, General Affairs Department, House of Councillors, 1-11-16 Nagata-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-0014 Japan.
