| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : FUKUDA Katsunori, Obligating Officer, Director General of Shizuoka District Legal Affairs Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to be used in Kakegawa Common Government Office and other 3 Branch Bureau Government Offices. Contract Demand 304kW The estimated electricity for the year 499,100kWh ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 March, 2023 through 31 March, 2024. ⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender docume-ntation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
