| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Radiation Therapy System 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A The radiation therapy set to be procured must include a linear accelerator for radiation therapy, CT scanner for treatment planning, data management system of radiation therapy, radiation planning system for three-dimensional radiation therapy, equipment and devices for image-guided radiation therapy and equipment and devices for radiation therapy quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC). B Equipment and devices for image-guided radiation therapy must have a function that can collate the patient position according to the information of body surface, bone structure, and tumor itself. C The radiation therapy system set should be able to deal with both inter-fractional and intra-fractional image guidance. D The radiation therapy system set should be able to provide high-precision radiation therapy which can deal with respiratory movement of tumor during treatment session. E The radiation planning system for three-dimensional radiation therapy should have a functions that can deal with contour drawing of target volume and organs at risk, calculation of dose distribution, deformable registration, treatment planning using four-dimensional CT images, and adaptive radiation therapy. The system should also cope with three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy, intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), intensity-modulated rotational irradiation (VMAT), stereotactic radiation therapy of head and neck, stereotactic body radiation therapy, simultaneous stereotactic radiation therapy for multiple lesions, and respiratory synchronized irradiation. The system should perform quality assurance of radiation therapy (e.g. dose distribution verification, etc.) . F The radiation therapy system set should include attached equipment and accessories that are required for special treatment. G Information of treatment plan can be used in DICOM-RT format, and must be connected and coordinated with the existing hospital information management system (HIS, RIS, PACS, radiation dose management system) for reference. The information should be available for reference on theses systems.
