| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Seiji Izawa, Director of Hokkaido Prefectual Police School ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Unit price contract of kerosene (JIS no. 1) Total quantity : 185,700 liters Large-lot : 176,000 liters (for Under-ground tank, 4,000 liters or more.) Small-lot : 9,700 liters (for Heating oil tank, Plastic tank) ⑷ Delivery period : From Contract date to March 31, 2023 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B, C or D "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participation in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023, 2024. ④ Are not being suspended from transactions by request of National police Agency. ⑤ Not be the bussiness operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese government is continuing state concerned. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 October 20, 2022 ⑻ Contract point for the notice : Procurement Section, General Affairs Division, Hokkaido Police School. 5-1-7 Makomanai Minamimachi Minami-ku Sapporo-shi Hokkaido. 005-0016 Japan.
