| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Koki Uno, Director, National Hospital Organization Kobe National Hospital ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 4 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : HISCL SARS-CoV-2 Ag Assay Kit ⑷ Fulfillment period : From November 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Kobe National Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO).
