| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Surgical Microscope System 2 Sets ⑶ Type of the procurement : purchase ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A Surgical Microscope System 2 sets. The illumination of the light source installed in the Surgical microscope system is sent to the surgical field, and the illuminated surgical field is magnified by the objective lens, the variable magnification mechanism, and the eyepiece lens for observation by the operator, or the image captured by the built-in camera is projected on external monitor for digital observation instead of the eyepiece lens, it consists of a microscope base with a lens and camera, a control unit with a light source and control mechanism, and an arm that suspends the microscope base from the control unit, and shall have the following functions. a The control unit should be placed behind the operator, and the arm should be a mechanism to suspend the microscope base over the operator's head. b The handgrip type controller equipped on the microscope base and the wireless type foot switch controller can operate basic programs such as zoom and focus. c The microscope base shall have a built-in 3D (Three Dimensions) HD (High Definition) camera, and both sides of the control unit shall have a touch screen to project the captured images and a built-in recording function for captured images. d Have a removable binocular side speculum that allows simultaneous observation by non-operators. e Two high-power light source devices shall be mounted as illumination for the surgical field and shall have a function to automatically adjust brightness in conjunction with the working distance to the surgical field. B External Image System 2 sets. Connected to the Surgical Microscope System, it consists of an external monitor that projected the surgical field under observation, an external recording device that records the images, and a touch monitor for operating the external recording device, and shall have the following functions. a The external monitor is placed in the operating room and connected to the Surgical Microscope System, to project the surgical field under observation. The monitor shall be a large LCD monitor large enough to be viewed by the surgical staff at a distance and it shall also be capable of displaying clear resolution HD (High Definition) and 3D (Three Dimensions) signal images. b The external monitor must have SDI (3G compatible), DVI-D, and HDMI terminals. c The external recording device shall be capable of recording to a hard disk drive with built-in and USB connection, an optical drive with built-in and USB connection, and a USB memory storage medium, and shall have the ability to record to two storage media simultaneously. The recording device shall be operable with a USB-connected touch monitor.
