⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;
① not come under Article 2 and Article 3 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for JAPAN SPORT COUNCIL. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; and
② have the Grade A on "offer of services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal year 2022, 2023, 2024.
③ meet the qualification requirements which Obligating Officer may specify.
