| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Obata Toru, President and Chief Executive Officer of East Nippon Expressway Company Limited ⑵ Classifications of the products to be procured : 15, 29 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Business that provides fixed-line telephone communication services, 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : from the next day of the contract day to June 30, 2024 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the specifications ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who come under the following items at the time of the examination date, with the examination date set as the due date of receipt of the documents required for the tender. In addition, suppliers who no longer come under the following items after the examination date and up to the time of the decision being made on the successful supplier shall not be eligible to participate in the open tender : ① The supplier does not come under Article 6 of the East Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulations concerning contract procedures (Regulation № 16 of 2005). ② The supplier has received its registration from the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 of the Telecommunications Business Act, and has proven that it is a business operator which, among its telecommunications services, provides "telephone relay calls (except for those which are international calls)" and "international calls", including prefectures where the offices of the East Nippon Expressway Company Limited exist in the districts of provision. ③ The supplier is able to prove that it has a track record of providing fixed telephone communication services of 650 lines or more in one year to one corporation (other party to the contract) in the last three years prior to the examination date. ④ The supplier has proven that it has established an appropriate maintenance system (24 hours a day, 365 days a year [all year round]) at each office of East Nippon Expressway Company Limited. ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 11. May. 2022 ⑻ Time-limit for the submission of tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 2.
