| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 24 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : High Bandwidth of real-time oscilloscope 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : purchase ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A High Bandwidth of real-time oscilloscope 1 set a The number of analog input channels must be at least 4 channels. b Analog bandwidth (3dB) must be 110 GHz or higher when 4 channels are used simultaneously. c The amplitude range (input sensitivity) must be include a range from 1mV/div or less to 500mV/div or more. d The bit resolution of the amplitude must be at least 10 bits. e Noise floor must be less than 3mVrms at 400mV full scale as measured value. f The range of the time axis must be include a range from 1ps/div or less to 10s/div or more. g The maximum real-time sampling rate must be at least 256Gsample/s (when 4 channels are used simultaneously). h Intrinsic jitter must be 25fs (rms) or less at 10us acquired time setting (1us/div). i The number of memory points must be at least 2Gpts/ch. j The system must have a digital down-conversion function. The analysis bandwidth must be 2GHz or higher. k For measurement signal input connectors, conversion adapters must be provided for the number of input channels to accommodate 1.85mm connectors as well as 1 mm connectors. l The size and weight of the main unit must be less than 550mm (width), 350mm (height), 600mm (depth), and 45kg (weight). m The power supply must be capable of being driven by a single-phase 200V50HzAC power supply with a maximum input power of 2620VA or less. B O/E converter 1 set a The frequency bandwidth (-3dB electrical) must be from DC to 30GHz or higher. b A 4th order Bessel-Thomson filter can be applied software-wise, and the frequency bandwidth (-3dB electrical) must be from DC to 20GHz or higher. c The wavelength range of the input light must include a range from 750nm or less to 1650nm or more. d Photoelectric conversion efficiency must be 75V/W or higher at 850nm, 110V/W or higher at 1310nm, and 110V/W or higher at 1550nm as typical values. e The return loss must be -15dB or less at 850nm, -15dB or less at 1310nm, and -10dB or less at 1550nm wavelengths as typical values. f The optical input connector shall have FC/PC connector. g The electrical output connector must have a 2.92mm female connector.
