| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Dispensing system 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A The system must have composed of "Automatic injection dispending machine" "Injection preparation instrument" "Dispending instrument" and "Therapeutic drug monitoring instrument". B "Automatic injection dispending machine" "Injection preparation instrument" and "Dispending instrument "can be data-linked with the existing system for pharmacy department and have the function of receiving information from hospital information system online. C "Automatic injection dispending machine" designated dispense injection drug automatically for each order. D "Automatic injection dispending machine" must have function that are able to issue label and prescription automatically, which is necessary information in their tasks. E "Injection preparation instrument" must include the device, the clean bench that sterility can prepare high calorie infusion, the safety cabinet which can prepare an injection anticancer drug, an injection anticancer drug, the robot which automatically prepare anticancer drug. F "Dispending instrument" must include the device, the audit system of tablet, powdered and liquid medicine, automatic packeted instrument which we can print automatically packeted powder medicine, automatically powder medicine dispense machine, automatic tablet and capsule packaging machine that can dispense oral medicine as an unit-dose and print automatically, device which conducts the tablet identification of unit- dose packaged medicine, device that are able to sort "return packaged medicine" of tablets automatically, and automatic drug dispending machine that can handle both tablets and capsules. G "Therapeutic drug monitoring instrument" must include the device which can assay the blood level of the drug by chemiluminescence immunoassay and liquid chromatography / mass spectrometry. H Security measures must be included to protect patient information.
