⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 46 and 47 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for University of Tsukuba Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the following Grade qualification, for each item in 5⑶ above,
AC have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by University of Tsukuba
B have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by University of Tsukuba
C prove to have obtained license for selling a medical instrument in accordance with the Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices,
D prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products,
E meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Officer Director may specify in accordance with Article 49 of the Regulation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer.
