| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 15, 28 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : University-wide Wi-Fi environment for The University of Tokyo 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A The equipment shall enable the use of a wireless LAN with sufficient performance throughout (indoors and some outdoors) the University's main campuses (Hongo, Komaba Ⅰ, Komaba Ⅱ, Kashiwa Ⅰ, Kashiwa Ⅱ, Shirokane). B The wireless LAN base station and PoE switch shall be installed, and the wiring and power supply shall be wired to connect to the backbone network. C A controller, authentication system, and log management system shall be provided to manage the entire wireless LAN system, and user and base station management shall be divided into groups for hierarchical management. D User management shall be linked to the university-wide account (UTokyo Account), and shall be implemented using an authentication method suitable for wireless LANs. E Wireless LAN base stations, PoE switches, and users should be grouped to accommodate the existing wireless LAN functions of each department within the university. F In classrooms, a wired port with the same network configuration as the wireless LAN shall be provided.
