| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Nobuaki Nagashima, Warden of the Sapporo Prison. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 4 ⑶ The purchase titles and the number of items : Dispensing business consignment contract. Prescription planned total personnel for the year 2,950 people. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2022 until 31 March 2023. ⑸ Delivery place : The place will be specified later. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under conservatorship or person under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract maybe applicable under cases of special reason within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade B and above "sale" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every Ministry and agency) in the fiscal years of 2019, 2020, 2021. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 1 March 2022. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Shunsuke Fukai, Supplies Section, Sapporo Prison, 2-1-5-1 Higashinaebo, Higashi-Ku, Sapporo-shi, Hokkaido, Japan.
