⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Persons under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract fall under the cases of the special reasons within the said clause :
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade A, B or C level of interest in "Selling" in Chu-goku area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2019・2020・2021.
④ have permission as a general electric power company based on the Electricity Enterprises Act Article 3, Act 1 or have registration as an authorized scale electric supplier based on the Same Act Article 16-2, Act 1.
⑤ The person who is not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑥ fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
