Furthermore, minors, person under conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 7 of the regulation concerning contract for National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology ; ③ have the Grade A, B or C in "Sales of Products" and "Service offer" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour andWelfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region ; ④ meet the qualification requirements which the obligating officer such as President determins in accordance with Article 5 of the regulation ; ⑺ Deadline for tender : By 10 : 00 A.M.
