⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who shall :
① not come under article 73 of Practice Rules of Contract.
② apply to one of the following 1) or 2).
1)have permission to be a retail electricity business enterprise in accordance with Article 2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law supplementary.
2)have registered as a retail electricity business enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry law and have a past record of retail electricity business, and have a past record of electric supply.
③ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Time-limit for submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 1. December, 2021.
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 19 January, 2022.
