| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : IJIMA Yasuhiro, Director General of Hokkaido Regional Forest Office ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ① Electricity to used in office building of Hokkaido Regional Forest (high pressure) ② Electricity to used in office building of Hokkaido Regional Forest are (low pressure) ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April, 2022 through 31 March, 2023 ⑸ Delivery place : As per the specifications ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade "A", "B", "C" or "D" in terms of qualification "sale of product" at Hokkaido area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021. ④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
