| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kazuhiro Okuma, the Obligating Officer, Director of Budget and Accounts Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of the Environment. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Migration to the Second phase Goverment Common Platform and maintenance of the application and notification system of Ministry of the Environment for fiscal year 2021-2025 ⑷ Fulfillment period : The period will be specified later. ⑸ Fulfillment place : The place will be specified later. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ②have Grade A, B, C or D qualification during fiscal 2019, 2020 and 2021 in manufacture of product, sales of product or services for paticipation in tenders by the Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency). ③are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract. ④meet the qualification requirements which the obligating officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the cabinet order. ⑤pledge to excluding crime syndicates and other illegal organization defined in the tender manual. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 24 August, 2021 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Contract Section, Budget and Accounts Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministryof the Environment, 1-2-2 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8975 Japan.
