| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be pro-cured : 71, 28 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the product to be purchased : Portable Telephone (Smartphone) 1400 units and Equipment 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase ⑷ Delivery period : July 2021 through June 2025 ⑸ Required conditions ① Propose a plan for updating smartphones that can smoothly replace the currently used smartphones (NTT docomo AQUOS 1,120 units, iPhone 200 units) and maintain and carry out business operations ② Build an extension network using FMC ③ Make internal calls with existing internal networks (fixed IP phones, PHS, etc.) ④ Connect and communicate with the existing wireless LAN system in the premises ⑤ Use applications (including business applications) designated by our institute ⑥ Implement adequate security measures ⑦ Provide information about the advantages and disadvantages of upgrading devices and its new contract, respectively ⑧ Support for kitting, distributing smartphones and conducting their operation during the contract period ⑨ Make free calls for 30 minutes and 1GByte packet communication per device month.
