| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yamamoto Kazuki, Chief of Shizuoka Prefectural Police Head-quarters. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be purchased : Supply of electricity to Shizuoka Police Academy, 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : From 1, July 2021 to 30, June 2022. ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C "Manufacture of product" or "Sale of product" in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020, and 2021. ④ Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑤ Fulfill the requirements mentioned in the tender documentation that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑥ Are not being requested, by the Police authorities, to cease activities such as receiving an order from the nation, for being an entrepreneur actually controlled by a crime syndicate or a member of a crime syndicate, or a person of that ilk. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 22, April 2021. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Facilities Division, General Affairs Department, Shizuoka Prefecural Police Headquarters, 9-6 Ohtemachi, Aoi Ward, Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture. 420-8610 Japan.
