| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the Products to procure : 18 ⑵ Nature and quantity of Products to purchase : 6 diesel electric locomotives. ⑶ Type of procurement : Purchase ⑷ Basic requirements for procurement : A These new diesel electric locomotives are purchased as replacements for the Type DF200, the old ones. The new locomotives should enable safe, stable operation and allow us to reduce inspections and repairs. A reduction in the environmental load is also required. B We operate the new locomotives on all sections where we have railway business licenses, and other railway companies operate them on the sections where they are authorized. The track gauge is 1,067mm. C Maximum traction load shall be more than 1,300t. D Maximum running speed shall be 110km/h, and the design maximum speed shall be 120km/h. E The brake system is automatic electromagnetic air brakes. Use dynamic braking in combination.
