| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : FUKUSHIRO Tomoyuki Chief of Fukuyama Office of River and National Highway Chugoku Regional Bureau ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 15, 29 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be manufactured : Telecommunication equipment maintenance (Fukuyama area), 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April, 2021 through 31 March, 2022 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ② have grade A, B, C or D on "Provision of services" in Chugoku Area in term of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every Ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2019, 2020, 2021 ③ not have filed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (except those who have done the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification) ④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Chugoku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening ⑤ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned ⑥ have proven to have actually or delivered the products concerned or the products with performance similar to that of the Products concerned ⑦ The planned engineer must meet the requirements of the manual ⑧ Bid manual downloaded from the Electric Procurement system, or have officially received the grant of the bid manual from Director General of Chugoku Regional Development Bureau ⑨ All items have been submitted for the proposal and there are no unsuitable proposals for even one item ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 16 : 00 February 12, 2021 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 March 8, 2021 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : SHIMIZU Yuji Accounting Division, Fukuyama Office of River and National Highway, Chugoku Regional Bureau, 4-4-13 Miyoshi-cho, Fukuyama-shi, Hiroshima-ken, 720-0031 Japan TEL 084-923-2621 ex. 408 ⑽ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Procurement system https://www.geps.go.jp/ |
