| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity : MIYATA Shouji, the obligated officer, Director-General of the Secretariat, Sendai High Court, 1-6-1 Katahira, Aoba-ku, Sendai-shi, Miyagi 980-8638, Japan ⑵ Classification of the procurement : 75 ⑶ Subject matter of the procurement contract : Cleaning of offices and any other related spaces and facilities in the courthouse of Sendai High Court, Sendai Family Court, Sendai Branch of the Training and Research Institute for Court Officials and two court officials'quarters ⑷ Period for the performance of the contracted service : From April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 ⑸ Places for the contracted service : ①Sendai High Court building, 1-6-1 Katahira, Aoba-ku, Sendai-shi, Miyagi ; ②Sendai Family Court, 1-6-1 Katahira, Aoba-ku, Sendai-shi, Miyagi ; ③Sendai Branch of the Training and Research Institute for Court officials, 1-3-10 Katahira, Aoba-ku, Sendai-shi, Miyagi ; and ④Building E of Komegafukuro court officials' quarter, 1-2-25 Komegafukuro, Aoba-ku, Sendai-shi, Miyagi ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; ②not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ③have Grade A or B in Offering Service classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021 and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Tohoku region ; ④The time and place of application for the qualification of ③ shall be in the manner of application for single qualificationforeveryministryandagency ; ⑤meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; and ⑥have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the Opening of bids ⑺ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., February 10, 2021 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : ABE Yasushi, Office Service Section, Financial Division, Secretariat, Sendai High Court, 1-6-1 Katahira, Aoba-ku Sendai-shi, Miyagi 980-8638, Japan, TEL 022-745-6246 |
