| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : ISHIHARA Akira, Director-General of Kobe District Transport Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to use in Hyogo Road Transport Department and the other ⑷ Delivery period : From 10 March 2021 through 9 March 2022 (Hyogo) From 1 April 2021 through 31 March 2022 (Himeji) ⑸ Delivery place : Within of jurisdiction, Hyogo Road Transport Department and Himeji Office for Motor Vehicle Inspection and Registration ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender shall be those who : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
