⑹ Qualification for participating in a tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in a proposed tenders are those who :
① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have grade A, B or C of "Manufacture of Product" or "Sale of Product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2020, 2021, 2022.
④ Have a registration as a retailing electric power company based on the Electricity Enterprises Act Article 2-2.
⑤ Meet the requirements of describing to the tender manual from the viewpoint of measures for controlling global warming.
⑥ Are not being suspended from transactions by a request of the officials in charge of contact.
⑦ Not be business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or persons who have exclusion request from Japanese government and are continuing in a state concerned.
⑺ Deadline for Bid : 15 : 00, January 21, 2021, (Tenders submit bid documents by mail, bid document must be sent by registerd mail ; 13 : 00, January 21, 2021)
