| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of contracts : SUZUKI Masayuki, Executive Vice President, The Japan Foundation ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 71 and 27 ⑶ A set of purchase and deployment work of laptop computers for the staff of the Japan Foundation (headquarters and domestic offices), switching from present desktop computers ⑷ Delivery period : ① Laptop computers delivery : Through 31 March 2021 ② Temporary storage of laptop computers : Through 31 October 2021 ③ Laptop computers kitting and deployment work : From 1 April 2021 through 31 October 2021 ④ Laptopcomputersmaintenanceperi- od : 3 years from a day of laptop computers delivery (through 31 March 2024 at the longest) ⑤ Desktop computers removal and disposal : The deadline for removal and disposal is one week after the deployment work is carried out at each venue. ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Articles 16 and 18 of the Japan Foundation's Rules for the operation of Accounting ② have Grade A, B or C classification in sale of products and offer of services, etc in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (single qualification for every ministry and agency) for fiscal years 2019, 2020, and 2021. ③ not currently be under suspension of nomination by the Japan Foundation ④ be able to reliably fulfill the terms of the contract with the Japan Foundation and who have no record of default, delay or other breach of promise over the past year ⑤ meet the qualification requirements which may be specified in the tender documentation ⑥ possess all necessary resources to provide the required services ⑺ Time limit of tender : 11 : 00 A.M. 19 January 2021 ⑻ For details please contact : KATAOKA Yuhei, Information Systems Division, General Affairs Department, The Japan Foundation, YOTSUYA CRUCE, 1-6-4 Yotsuya, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 160-0004 Japan.
