| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of the contract of the procuring entity : Miyaike Yoshihito, Chief Operating Officer of Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2, 17, 51 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be leased : 1 sedan, 246 minivans, 45 station wagons, 44 compact cars, 31BCP cars. ⑷ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased at refueling services : high-octane gasoline 25,200 liters, regular gasoline 6,332,000 liters, and light oil 65,600 liters. ⑸ Delivery period : 84 months from June 2021. The details of the products to be leased and purchased are followed to the specifications. ⑹ Delivery place : According to the bid specifications. ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender shall : ① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company's regulation concerning the contract procedures. ② have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents for acceptance time limit of tender documents. ・Copy of the commercial register ・The latest financial statements ・Copy of certificate of tax payment ・Document describing the company career ③ have track records of leasing more than 300 new cars and possessing during either six months after April 2017 able to show a proof of possessing by providing a copy of a cover of the contract or a statement of delivery. ④ prove that they can provide charge cards for purchasing gas available at the gas stations operated by more than two oil companies including "JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation" by submitting such as a company brochure. ⑤ not have capital relationship and personnel relationship with other bidders. ⑥ have not received suspension of registered contractor status or trader after the acceptance of application form for this tender. ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. of 31 August, 2020.
