A not come under Article 7 and 8 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Osaka University,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2020 in the Kinki area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Osaka University,
C prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products.
