(2) Delivery term:
From 1 November 2024 through 31 March 2025
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 13 September 2024 through
10 October 2024
(excluding weekends and national holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
4:00 p.m. 11 October 2024
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 16 October 2024.
(5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
1:30 p.m. on 24 October 2024 at the Bidding Room (1F of the Annex
Building of the Gifu Prefecture Hida Government Building).
(Tenders submitted by mail or electronically must be received by 5:00
p.m. on 23 October 2024.)
