(1)(b): From 1 March 2023 through 29 February 2028
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 18 March 2022 through
13 April 2022 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
5:00 p.m., 14 April 2022
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 21 April 2022
(5) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
10:20 a.m. on 28 April 2022 at Meeting Room 2A (2F of the Gifu
Prefectural Police Headquarters Building).
(Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m., 27 April 2022.)
