(1) Nature and quantity of the products to be procured:
Installation of Koban (small police station) network system, and provision
and maintenance of communication line services
(2) Contract fulfillment period:
(a) Initial installation of the system:
From the date of contract through 31 December 2024
However, for the connecting bases of Ogaki Police Station Miki Koban
(hereinafter referred to as "Miki Koban") and Seki Police Station Mino
Koban (hereinafter referred to as "Mino Koban"), the deadline for
implementation is March 31, 2025.
(b) Communication line service usage and equipment maintenance period:
(1) Bases excluding Miki Koban and Mino Koban
From 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2029
(2) Miki Koban and Mino Koban
From 1 April 2025 to 31 December 2029
* This is a long-term contract based on Gifu Prefectural Ordinance
Article II - 2 that stipulates conditions for Gifu Prefectural long-term
contracts and is subject to cancellation if the annual expenditure
budget for subsequent fiscal years has been reduced or canceled.
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 19 April 2024 through 14
May 2024 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
5:00 p.m. on 15 May 2024
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 23 May 2024.
(5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
10:00 a.m. on 31 May 2024 at Meeting Room 2A (2F of the Gifu
Prefectural Police Headquarters Building).
(Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m. on 30 May
2024.)
