Summary (1) Target Project: Design, construction, maintenance, and operation of the Shizuoka City Arena based on the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) method. (2) Participation Procedure: Applications for confirmation of bidding eligibility and bidding documents must be submitted either in person or by mail to the designated contact point. 1.
