(1) Nature of the services to be procured:
Lease and installation of the Gifu Seiryu Cultural Plaza's parking lot
billing equipment, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment")
(a) Installation of the Equipment
(b) Lease of the Equipment
(2) Contract fulfillment period:
(1) (a): From the date of the contract through 31 August 2022
(1) (b): From 1 September 2022 through 31 August 2029
* This is a long-term contract based on Gifu Prefectural Ordinance Article
II-1 and 2 that stipulates conditions for Gifu Prefectural long-term
contracts and is subject to cancellation ifthe annual expenditure budget
for subsequent fiscal years has been reduced or canceled.
(3) Place of delivery:
Gifu Seiryu Cultural Plaza, 3-42 Gakuen-cho, Gifu City
(4) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 20 April 2022 through 9
May 2022 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
(5) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
5:00 p.m., 16 May 2022
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 19 May 2022.
(6) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
10:00 a.m. on 31 May 2022 at the Meeting Room of the Department of
Environmental Affairs and Citizen Support (7F of the Gifu Prefectural
Government Building).
(Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m., 30 May 2022.)
