Summary (1) Nature of the services to be procured: Installation and maintenance of the information security systems (a) Initial installation of the system (b) Maintenance of the system (2) Contract fulfillment period: (a) From the date of contract through 30 November 2024 (b) From 1 December 2024 through 30 November 2029 (3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation: Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 19 April 2024 through 14 May 2024 (excluding weekends and national holidays) (4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant documents: 5:00 p.m. 15 May 2024 Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 23 May 2024. (5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders: The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at 10:20 a.m. on 31 May 2024 at Meeting Room 2A (2F of the Gifu Prefectural Police Headquarters Building).
