Summary This procurement is a project where materials submission and bidding are conducted electronically (IC card required). Those who cannot use this service may submit bids in writing (hereinafter referred to as "paper bidding method") only with the approval of the ordering party. For information on the requirements to use the Gifu Prefecture E-Procurement System, please check the "Gifu Prefecture E-Procurement Service Terms of Use." In case you have not completed the procedure to change your IC card after you changed your trade name, name, address, or representative, please participate in the bid by using the paper bidding method. If you use your IC card without completing the procedure to change it, your bid may be invalidated or your bid participation qualifications may be suspended. (1) Nature of the services to be procured: Lease, etc. of the Comprehensive Communication Command System for Gifu Prefectural Police (a) Installation of the above-mentioned system (b) Lease and maintenance of the above-mentioned system (2) Delivery and contract fulfillment period: (1)(a): From the date of the contract through 31 March 2028 (1)(b): From 1 April 2028 through 31 March 2034 (3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation: Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 9 September 2026 through 24 September 2026 (excluding weekends and national holidays, and limited to the operating hours of the Gifu Prefecture E-Procurement System) (4) Application deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant documents: 5:00 p.m. 25 September 2026 Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 13 October 2026. (5) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders: (a) Tender documentation submission period via Gifu Prefecture E-Procurement System To be submitted from 9:00 a.m. on 14 October 2026 to 5:00 p.m. on 20 October 2026 (limited to the operating hours of the Gifu Prefecture E-Procurement System) (b) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. on 21 October 2026 at the Meeting Room (5F of the Gifu Prefectural Police Headquarters Building).
