Summary (1) Outsourcing Project Name Oshima Elementary School's School Bus Operation, Etc., Contract (2) Project Details Because Kumamoto City's Matsuo-Higashi Elementary School, Matsuo-Nishi Elementary School, and Matsuo-Kita Elementary School were combined into Oshima Elementary School, school bus services will be provided to ensure a safe and affordable commute for students who live far from their new school. (3) Areas of School Bus Operation From the former Matsuo-Higashi, Matsuo-Nishi, and Matsuo-Kita school districts to Oshima Elementary School (for the kids to get to school) and from Oshima Elementary School to the former Matsuo-Higashi, Matsuo-Nishi, and Matsuo-Kita school districts (when it's time for the kids to return home). (4) Contracting Period: From the contracting date to March 31, 2026 (5) Submission Deadline for Documents to Participate in the Bidding: 5:00 PM on November 21 (Monday), 2022 If submitting by mail, the documents must arrive by November 21 (Monday), 2022. (Exceptions will not be made in the event of delayed or lost delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. Please plan accordingly.)
