Summary of notice Summary
This procurement is a project where material submission and bidding are
conducted electronically (IC card required). Those who are unable to use
this service may submit bids in writing only with the approval of the
ordering party.
(1) Nature and quantity of the products to be procured:
Antifreeze Agent (sodium chloride and calcium chloride)
Total Quantity: 1,244,000 kg
(2) Delivery period:
From 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 21 August 2026 through 4
September 2026 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents: 4:00 p.m. 9 September 2026
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 15 September 2026.
(5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
1:30 p.m. on 1 October 2026 at the Meeting Room 1-2 (1F of the
Furukawa Region Civil Engineering Office).
(Tenders submitted by mail or electronically must be received by 4:00
p.m. on 30 September 2026.)
