Summary (1) Nature of the services to be procured: Lease and maintenance of the integrated information network and communication system equipment for the Gifu Prefectural Police (hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment") (a) Installation of the Equipment (b) Lease and maintenance of the Equipment (c) Removal and return of the Equipment (2) Contract fulfillment period: (1) (a): From the date of contract through 24 March 2022 (1) (b): From 1 April 2022 through 31 March 2027 (3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation: Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 8 July 2021 through 2 August 2021 (excluding weekends and national holidays) (4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant documents: 5:00 p.m., 5 August 2021 Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 13 August 2021. (5) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders: The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. on 20 August 2021 at Meeting Room 2A (2F of the Gifu Prefectural Police Headquarters Building).
